Let’s just all accept that for me Monday is the new Friday. I seem to be consistent in my late posting to Chrystina’s link-up.
One Down
Princess Child has had three teeth removed and braces put on. Princess Child has been in pain and struggling. The last week has been a battleground of trying to get her to eat and drink. Remember this is a skinny child to begin with, any weight loss makes her skeletal. It has also meant watching an endless loop of Charmed and Friends re-runs interspersed with marathon viewings of Teen Wolf. None of this has been fun people.
One Up
The teeth extraction was covered by the government’s dental plan (yay). One day Princess Child will have perfect teeth and will love me unconditionally for the money spent on her mouth.
Also, the spring weather has hit town and today on our back deck was warm and relaxing, I’m glad to see the end of winter.
Hooray for the arrival of Spring! It has been lovely down our way too!
Commiserations for Princess Child – but she will one day have beautiful teeth to match her beautiful smile.
I’m so looking forward to warmer weather.

Princess Child will definitely thank you one day. I had 8 teeth removed from my over-crowded mouth as a teen and am very glad they’re not there today 🙂

Hi Janine, it’s a strange feeling isn’t it to think the most expensive thing you’ve bought in the last little while is a tiny wire on yr child’s teeth, and as for feeling grateful eventually, here’s hoping!!!

Yup, I did the braces thing. I didn’t have them on for too long, but I remember not liking them. Also, I recently watched all of the Friends episodes straight through, and I thought it was pretty awesome. I don’t know much about the others though…
