    What wonderful colours and shapes! The starfish in our neck of the woods are all dark sand in colour. You are certainly in a magic place.

    Wow, those are so pretty. I have never seen those at the ocean. I crawl around all the rocks looking for shells, but have never seen starfish. They are so neat.

      Just checked with husband and kids the photos were taken at Miners Beach Port Macquarie – little surprised to discover they were at the local nudist beach – we’ll just assume it was when we first moved here before they knew their way around.

        Thank you for checking that out. I was just wondering. I used to live in Ft. Laud. Fla. and the shell shops there sell starfish. They must bleach them, because the only ones I’ve ever see (all dead) have been white or off-while color. I was amazed to see the color in these.
