To me this would help all of us live a more creative and balanced life!

Having said that though – being home with a baby was REALLY hard – and I went back to work earlier than expected 2 afternoons a week – and openly said to my boss I’m going to work for a break!!! 🙂 I believe parenting is really important work – in the ideal world anyone looking after their kids /grandkids would be paid – and get all the benefits that go with a paid job – and hey – maybe even have sabbaticals occasionally!?!?!?
