janine – i have a priest friend and runner friend who calls running “free therapy”. that’s how i look at it, and it is a “you’re getting grouchy, better go running” thing or a “i can’t wait to go work out” thing. so, fun, like dancing. also, that gravatar is because of byw. i would never have heard of them otherwise. happy wednesday! we’re off to school…
