I too used to love reading about Kay and Marino’s crime solving adventures but agree they lost their appeal… I used to buy every book that Patricia Cornwell wrote but stopped buying a few years ago when I found that I couldn’t even bring myself to start one, let alone finish it… Would love to hear what you think about Port Mortuary. Perhaps I can start buying them again!!!

I used to love Mary Higgins Clark. I rarely read fiction anymore though.

I’m working on Cleaving by Julie Powell, Food Politics by Marion Nestle and Food in History (the author of which I can’t remember right now).

My pile seems to be getting larger and larger BUT I am working my way through “The Forsyte Saga” while knocking out less daunting reads. I think next up is “I’d Know You Anywhere” and then “Shanghai Girls.” All in the hopes I will eventually finish “Forsyte” – which is a beast. Happy reading!!
